SHIPPING & HANDLING

Thank you for shopping at HousePureNY. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Please note we do not ship internationally at this time.

Free Domestic shipping on all orders $75 and over.

House Pure LLC & House Pure NY is/are not responsible for lost packages when tracking shows delivered. Please contact the appropriate carrier and check around your building if a package is missing, 99% of the time it turns up!

Processing time:

All orders submitted before 3pm EST are processed within 2-5 business days. Orders are typically not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. We do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible and communicate delays when possible.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed a few days. This is particularly true around holidays. Please allow additional time in transit for delivery and order well in advance during the holiday season. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you directly.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges and delivery estimates for your order are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages

HousePure NY, and House Pure LLC, is/are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. Take pictures of the damaged packaging and goods.

This is why we re-use packing and shipping materials. We hope you embrace this initiative and together we can make a positive impact on the environment.

What does this mean for you?

  1. Eco-friendly Packaging: We prioritize the reuse of materials, which means your orders may arrive in boxes and packaging that have been previously used. This helps reduce A TON of waste and minimizes the need for new resources.
  2. Quality Assurance: Rest assured all reused materials are thoroughly inspected and cleaned to ensure they meet the highest standards. Your products will be safe, protected and pristine.
  3. Cost Reduction: You pay less per product when we re-use perfectly good materials to ship your items. It’s a WIN! WIN! WIN!
  4. Your Choice: We believe that you, as the consumer, should have the right to choose whether we re-use materials to pack and ship your items. If you prefer ALL NEW packing materials, please indicate this by selecting the, “New Packaging + $4,” button at checkout. This will add a handling fee of $4.00 to your order and will ensure that all new materials are utilized for your shipment.
  5. Partnership: Whatever you choose, remember that we are partners on this journey. Let us help each other improve the planet one product at a time.

RETURN POLICY

Discontinued, Clearance, Sale, Opened, Used, or Promotional product is not eligible for return or refund. Product purchased in store or at an event cannot be returned for refund or exchange.

Returns:

We always ask you email us first at info@housepureNY.com and let us know your thoughts so we can help you quickly! Include photos when necessary and order number.

We will accept returns within 21 days of delivery date of SEALED House Pure NY products IF they are unused and in original condition. Once we receive the item back, inspect and approve, you will receive EITHER a complete refund of the original purchase price in the original payment method used OR an online store credit. **Some items will not be eligible for a refund. This will be determined on a case by case basis. We will allow exchanges for products that are the same price, when the original product is returned sealed and unused, in original condition and you pay shipping for the returned product and the product you wish to exchange for.

House Pure LLC, is not responsible for any health occurrences or adverse reactions that may occur after the use of our products. As with any product on the market that you are using for the first time, we recommend conducting a patch test and waiting 24 hours prior to full use. Should you have questions or concerns consult with a healthcare professional. If a reaction should occur seek medical attention.
